Proposition 65 Sixty Day Notices Issued for Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)

As of April 2019, The Center for Environmental Health has issued the first two sixty day notices for Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA). The products targeted by enforcement agencies are makeup and foundation products.
