What is the process of Bureau Veritas’ Container Loading Supervision?
The Container Loading Supervision process includes evaluating the condition of the container; verifying product information and quantities being loaded, and overall supervision of the loading process.
- Inspector communicates with the factory representative to introduce the loading procedure.
- Verify the quantity of loading containers.
- Verify the product information and quantity against Packing List and Shipping Documents. Photo of the carton box, product packaging, and product will be taken and included in the final report.
- Make sure the right product is being loaded.
- Check and ensure the container is in good condition e.g., dry, clean, unimpaired, and suitable for loading. Prevent risks of water leakage that may affect package condition and product quality.
- Supervise that the products are loaded appropriately during acceptable weather conditions.Â
- After the products are loaded, the container will be sealed safely.Â
- Issue result report – whether it passes, or fails, pending to client’s decision.
