Bureau Veritas CPS expands with a New Lab in Northern Vietnam

~ Strategically serving the prominent manufacturing and sourcing hubs in Northern Vietnam ~ Hanoi, Vietnam, 1 April, 2019 – Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services announces that it has expanded its laboratory in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is our major expansion of the second laboratory in Vietnam following the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City laboratory fifteen years ago. The inauguration ceremony of the lab opening was recently held in March.

As an ISO 17025 accredited lab granted by the Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (VILAS), the new lab is strategically situated in the prominent manufacturing and sourcing hubs in Northern Vietnam. It occupies 2,300 square meters and has more than 100 employees and provide a full range of testing, factory assessment, and specialized services.

• Testing: fabrics, apparel, home textiles, accessories, toys, jewelry, candles,
stationery, and decorative products
• Test Capability: safety, physical, performance, chemical/analytical, colorfastness,
washability, and fiber content
• Specialized Services:
• Free sample pick-up
• The lab works on Saturdays – official working day
• Sample log-in cut off time is 4pm - log in day is considered as first day
